Application Developer, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Innovegens is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and ambitious Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with hands-on experience in Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a consistent record of engagement, leadership, and execution in the Microsoft Dynamics consulting space, combined with strong expertise in designing and implementing Power Platform solutions to automate and optimize business processes. They will bring their extensive experience to design, deliver, and support our on-premises and D365 solutions for our large array of enterprise clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong proficiency in X++, C#/.NET, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure) are a plus.
- Team Player
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to meet business requirements.
- Build and integrate Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to streamline and automate processes.
- Customize and extend D365 functionality using X++, C#, .NET, and related tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Technical Lead, Microsoft Dynamics 365
Innovegens is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft PowerApps Technical Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of innovative low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role requires deep expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies, along with strong leadership skills to guide technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 and integration with Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, APIs, and cloud integrations.
- Expertise in solution design, architecture, and leading technical delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform/Dynamics 365/Azure are strongly preferred.

- Taking complete ownership of the deliveries assigned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with outside data sources and API's.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect
The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet organizational needs. This role focuses on leveraging the M365 platform, including services like Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Power Platform, and Azure integrations, to drive collaboration, productivity, and compliance. The Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect collaborates with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and user adoption.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, or both).
- Strong expertise in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Proven experience with M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online) and Azure integrations.
- Deep understanding of solution architecture, governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience leading solution design workshops and producing architecture documentation.
